Our Returns Policy

  • We accept returns for faulty or damaged items.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind on used pillowcases.

  • Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there is an issue. We’ll guide you gently through the process.

How to Return an Item

  2. We’ll provide clear, simple instructions for returning the product (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Delivery costs for returns due to change of mind are not refundable.
